College and high school students pay only $12 per class.

If you don’t yet have a mat, borrow one from us and please clean it afterward with the mat wipes.

We have a limited, need-based scholarship fund available for those who are struggling to pay for classes; please email or call us to inquire. This fund was created and will be maintained by workshops whose entire proceeds go directly into it. We also gratefully accept donations of any amount. In addition, there are occasional work/study opportunities. If you are interested in being on the work/study list, please let us know!

We sell Manduka "Eko" all natural rubber mats at the studio. We also have our own tank tops and tee shirts with the Upper Valley Yoga logo for sale at the studio, as well as an assortment of cool pants and tops from "Be Present” and “yoga Hyde.”
